Julie Brown

Julia Mary Brown was a daughter of Schreiner’s friends John and Mary Brown. She occasionally nursed Schreiner when she was ill. In 1914 she married the South African artist Schreiner had sponsored in his youth, Pieter (sometimes know as Hugo) Naude.
