Ray Costelloe

Rachel Pearsall Conn (Ray) Strachey nee Costelloe (1887 - 1940) was a British feminist activist and author. Her father was (Benjamin) Francis Conn Costelloe, a solicitor, and her mother was Mary Pearsall Smith, an aunt of Schreiner’s friend Alys Pearsall Smith. She married Oliver Strachey in 1911.
