Dear Laddie
Mrs Brown has written to me to say how much she would like Dr B- to be
on the University Council. Could you do anything to get him on. He is
a member of the Cape University & has many good degrees in Europe. He
would tell you more if you wrote or sent him word to drop in some
evening. But of course you may have some one else you think better.
I’d like him so to have the interest. He’s so strong & well & his
life is empty.
I’m very sick dear. I’ve gone back & back since I got here
On Monday Cron is going to de Aar for a couple of months & I am going
with him but if I can’t stand the sand & heat I’ll have to come
back here. Oh Will take care of yourself, take care of yourself! You
don’t know dear what may come to you at last.
Address to the de Aar as my letters will be sent on here. Just Mrs
Olive Schreiner The Hotel, de Aar.
We are going to board there just opposite the station.
Love to all.
Olive
