6 I hope you & Mr Innes are having a real good time. We are going down
7to Broadstairs too tomorrow. It’s an hour & a half from London, &
8has splendid air. We shall be there about a fortnight. If you & Mrs
9Innes ever want to be "real invigorated", come down & spend the time
10with us!

12 Give my love to Mrs Chapin, if you meet her. I do hope the time here
13will be a really rest to Mr Innes, & send him home fit for much work.
