Dear Ruth Alexander

I shall have to go out into the suburbs on Tuesday & shall cl have to
drive straight from there to Mrs Molteno. But when you get to
Rondebosch station if you go out on the side on which you arrive, you
will find numbers of cabs there, just tell any of them to drive you to
Mr Molteno's house ?Sandown & they will take you at once they all know it.
Th It would be difficult to find it because its among the trees &
grass, but for 1/- any of them will take you right.

I enjoyed my evening with you so much. I wish I had known you before.
Now perhaps I shall not be coming to Cape Town again for a long time.
You will love my little niece Dot so when she comes in June. She's
just 22; all life, & intellect, & sympathy, & charm. I am sure you
will care for each other.

I have so many nieces but no other like her. She's my special treasure
I wish we could go together on Tuesday, but I be there waiting for you
when you come
