My darling Mary,

It's beautiful to think you will so soon be here. You will hear when
you arrive that I was married on the 24th. Cron & I are very happy
together, more like two children than a man & a woman, I mean, we are
such "chums" & feel on such an equality. I know you will love Cron. He
saw you once in Cape Town in the Parliament House & liked you; he sat
next you. This is a wild quiet lonely farm, but I like it.

Dear, I hope it will be very beautiful for you, coming out again: &
that life will be richer & fuller for you, after your English
experiences.

Good bye my darling. It is so beautiful to think you are coming.
Olive

Write to me as soon as you land, & have a little time to spare.
