Dear Mr Lloyd

DIf you & your friend could come about 5 on Saturday I should be so
glad. I shall have to go to lunch in London. But will be back before 5
if there is any hope of seeing you. I should so love to hear your
friend play & to meet her. I thought the meeting fine on Saturday.
Clifford Allens speech was splendid. His whole personality impresses
one with such rare sincerity.

I wonder if you've heard whether Edward is coming on the 12th.

Yours very sincerely
