4 I wonder if you are back by this time? Thank you so much for your
5letter. You have a wonderful gift of charming description. I seem to
6see the Christmas Tree and to have been at the little feast. I know
7you wouldn’t mind my showing it to a friend of mine who was
8delighted with it. If ever you hear of any interesting meetings,
9please let me have a card, especially in the day time. It is rather
10difficult for me to get home at night alone. I seem so out of touch
11with the world of men & things I love so.
