Just got your & Fan’s wire – shall arrive Friday evening.

The heat here terrific today. The drought getting worse & worse.

Just had a sweet letter from Jessie Rose-Innes asking me to come &
stay with her for a couple of weeks, but I’d rather come to you
first. I may feel better as soon as I get down Hex River. The relief
of getting lower is wonderful. One feels like a wound up spring
suddenly let loose.

Love to you. So nice to see you again.
Wish Ollie & Ursie were there too
