you for all your kindness to me at Crowbrough. It was so delightful.
But I’ve felt so ill all the week. I couldn’t write to anyone. I
generally sent Cron about 8 sheets, but this week I sent only 6 lines!

I’m going to the zoo sometime this week, it comforts me so to see
the dear animals. I wonder if you would care to go? Or have you seen
them too often? I could come down to you some afternoon & we could go
together, the Bus takes us to the door.
