My dear old sister

I must write to congratulate you about your boy’s success. It’s a
splendid thing. I’m so glad to think you will soon have your dear
youngest with you; it will be especially a joy to have your baby Ursie
after such a long absence.

I had a note from Dot when she got to Intabani telling me what a
wonderful little boy Johnnie Findlay was. I’m hoping she may be able
to spend a day with you ^me^ on her way down: though I’m not much of a
person for any one to come & see now.

I hope you feel benefit from your change? Did it do your ear any good.

It’s nice you’ve been able to see Kittie in her own home.

Yours little sister
