7 I got here this morning. There will they say be no chance of getting
8news from the station till next Saturday evening. What may not have
9happened between last Monday night & then. Please write to me
10sometimes. If I find I can’t Netta here as there as there are a great
11many big dogs would you mind my sending her down to you while I am
12here. I will get her as soon as I am in a place were I can keep her. I
13know she will be an awful trouble, but I don’t know what else to do. I
14keep her chained up in my room.

17 You are always in my mind. Good bye my love to all: if I feel more
18fit tomorrow I’m going to write to Will. Logan & the lowest & most
19miserable crowd of people I have seen since I left Johannesburg
