6Dear I have left dear May’s delightful little home & am here. I do
7not think I shall be able to winter in London & shall be coming for
8North Cornwall or Devonshire soon.

10I had a sweet note from dear Mrs Edward Greene. I wish I could see her.
11 She says she thinks you will soon be coming – but I don’t.
