4 Dear Mrs Murray

6 My husband was after all able to go. I had a wire from him yesterday
7to say the operation had been gone through successfully but as he is
8staying till Wednesday I fear there must be some danger.

10 Thank you so much for being willing to have me.

12 We shall probably arrive in town on the 17th going to our old quarters
13at Tamboer’s Kloof. Eastbergholt, Tamboer’s Kloof Rd. I want Betty
14& Alice Greene to come out & help us with our suffrage work! I am so
15busy trying to get my little house right before I leave.
