Dear Mrs Solomon

Mr Hodgson was delighted with his visit to you. Would it be possible
for him & myself to meet Solomon Platje at your house on Sunday
afternoon? I could ask him to meet him here, but I have no private
room & we could have no real talk in a room crowded with other people.
If I should be unable to come at the last moment Mr Hodgson might
still come & meet him. But I am better & shall try to come we had
better meet rather early, if you are so good as to have us as it gets
dark so early, about 3 o'clock.

I hope you wont think I am taking a liberty in asking this. But I know
it would be such a pleasure to Mr Hodgson if you can. You might write
direct to him
