3 Thankyou so much for your letter. I began really to feel anxious that
4I had no news of you.
6 All's going very well with us. I'm so strong & well you wouldn't know
7me, because I'm never well in Cape Town. We are both working hard.
8It's very beautiful living with him because our ideas of happiness &
9above all of what is right are so much alike. We never really differ
10there, & that is so much when you have to live side by side. W I am
11working very hard so that we may go to England next year, to print my
12books. Yes, I didn't much like the photo I sent you, but Cron & my
13mother liked it so much that I thought it must be better than the one
14I sent to Mrs Innes.
16 It must have been lovely down at the sea side I long for a rest, but I
17shouldn't rest if I left my work now. The heat here is
