Dear Mary
Thank you so much for the book. I would like to keep it till mine
comes. Can I, or are you in a hurry for it? I like it very much but
not quite so much as "the Soul of a People." I shall never like any
book so much as that.
Cron is going down to Cape Town about the 16th to meet Chamberlain & I
hope he will see you.
I hope my boy flourishes. I can picture him happy he is on the farm.
Are you really living there now? Have you left Cumnor for good
Good bye. dearest.
