7I’ve been very glad to have such good news of you. I hope you will
8do very well in the Transvaal. I should much value a letter telling me
9about yourself.

11Do you get as many papers & periodicals as you want up there, because
12I could send you some. Please tell me how I must address & what
13postage to put on. I am soon leaving England for Italy but a letter
14sent to New College, Eastbourne will always find me.
