I got here flourishingly having eaten four oranges on the way!! The
cart wasn’t here, but I’ve got a little bedroom very nice & clean,
& expect they will come tomorrow.

There will be howls on the top of the Zuurberg if the cart comes back
empty on Thursday! It has been so beautiful to be with you. The worst
is now I miss you. Love to you both

That small sunshade is a source of great mystery to me, I don’t
trace its connection with myself! But I’m keeping it carefully for
you; but ^only^ I’m afraid you’ll have to buy a new dress to live up
to it with.

I didn’t say good bye to Mrs ?Tongene, & didn’t tell you that I
broke the water bottle. You might fancy it was the girl.
