On the front of this Xmas card is a picture of an embossed oak leaf with the printed words ‘Friendship firm as oak enduring’; printed inside the card is ‘To you, and all whom time but makes more dear, a Merry Christmas, and a glad New Year! S.K. Cowman, M.A.’ This is followed by two further images of oak leaves and the printed words ‘To wish you the old, old wish: A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year’.
