7I enjoyed Sunday immensely & ^am^ all the better for it.

9My nephew Oliver is home of a few days, & we are all going down to
10?Crowbrough for the week end on Friday. His dearest friend who joined
11with him was blown to bits by a bomb last week.

13I asked ^told^ Dot & Ursula of you invitation for them to go up the
14river next Sunday week, & they said they would be delighted to come if
15they’ve not gone to France
