My dear Mr Garnett
Mr Mackenzie tells me you have got some more work for him. It is very,
very good of you. It isn’t only for his own sake that I am glad, but
my dearest friends being so much interested in him makes me doubly
glad. I am leaving town on the 29th. I am very sorry not to have seen
you but I have not once been able to make time to come to the Museum.
Yours sincerely,
Olive Schreiner
If you should see Mrs Smith would you kindly tell her I have foolishly
forgotten her address, & ask her to drop me a post card.
