My dear Laddie

I was out having my treatment when you came on Saturday. I was indeed
sorry not to see thy dear face.

I hope you found our boy better & Ursie flourishing.

It must be good to get away from this fog & dark even for a day.

The treatment has not done the good it promised to do at first. I am
going to try another man, man, for the last time for the stone in the
kidney. If only they could remove the whole kidney.

Good bye dear.
