Dear Boy

I shall meet you at Waterloo. Its too fine to think you are coming.

Ol is here today packing his things He says he & Ursie will come down
to Waterloo too if they can.

I’ve found a nice little hotel very quiet at Ly Linden Gardens ^just
close to Kensington Gardens & Palace^ at which Ursie has been staying
Ol suggest you might like it. I’ll go & look if they have a
comfortable room the day before you come – not taking it as you may
have other plans – but just in case you’d like to try it. The air
is so much better here.

I do hope you’ve had a good time & really rested. I am flourishing
as a green bay tree. You wouldn’t know me from what I was when I
arrived from Florence.

Good bye dear.
