I have just got the good news of your little girl’s coming, & the
joyful news that you are both doing well. Dear, all my heart rejoices
with you in the joy of holding that new little life in your arms. I
will come & see you & it as soon as the nurse lets me know I may. It
will be a happy Xmas to all of you. I can picture the childrens
interest & delight. I wonder what Peter thinks of it?

It makes my Xmas bright to have this good news.
