My darling Boy I have just got your letter; I have no time to get you
answer it, as the post is going out. Thank you for it, I dear, I will
write at lenght this afternoon. Now I can only tell you I was glad to
get it. I know that many people will not be able to understand, whose
intense personal feeling for the man has been compatable with your
action – but I need not say that I can.
