Dear Fan,

Just a word to welcome you back. I hope on the whole you have enjoyed
the time. We shall arrive Tuesday evening the 21st & I suppose you
will arrive Tuesday morning!

I’ll come & see you as soon as I can, but if you can spare time do
come & see me. It does knock me over so to go to Lyndall: & I do want
so to hear all about your visit. You will have to do a lot of talking
for sometime.

Good bye, dear. I’m sure you’ll find dear Frank & Violet have
looked after everything splendidly.
