6 I’m writing to ask a great favour of you. Will you copy & send the

9 Fifteen years ago I told him I would never write to him or hold any
10communication with him. He is always scheming to get a letter from me.

14 I am losing dozens of letters &c from America because he pretends he
15does not know where I am (my friends have told him several times)
