Dear Fan

Wills letter told me that you had had a note from the boy in France
Let me know any further news please. I wonder if it is easy to wire
from from in France & Flanders? Do promise me you’ll wire to me if
you ever have any not good news. Then I’ll always be at rest & think
no news is good news.

This place suits me wonderfully it has the most beautiful, soft, balmy
air. My gums are more painful than they were at first & I still have
to soak my head &c because the mouth is so tender. But that’s
nothing if only it does me good in other ways.

I do hope you are liking your life in London. I am so thankful you are
with the dear old man; & for you that you are at least with him though
separated from all your children.

Good bye, dear.
Olive

Love to Muriel.

Dear sweet May Parker has offered to let me board with them while I am
here. It is such a comfort & joy to me to be in the same house with
her & I only pay the same I paid in that terrible place in London.
