Dear Will

I’ve been feeling very hopeful about Ettie ever since we were there.
I’m sure the nurse will make her eat. Wynnie & Alsie, dear good
girls, are absolutely useless as nurses. They simply do what ever Het
orders them
& talk about death & religion & such things! The worse one
is the more those about them must buck up! It’s the liver that’s
troubling her. I don’t believe her heart is as bad as it was two
years ago. Hot fermentations & treatment for the liver would I believe
set her right, & she may out live both you & me. Several little things
brought me to this conclusion when we were there last time.
