Villa Flandre,
Newlands.
Darling Lucy
It is too bad that I was out when you came. I have been twice out to
Blauwberg to see my sister Mrs Lewis who is very ill. My niece is
trying to get a horse for her little trap, each day she thinks she
will succeed but the horse turns out unsuitable when it comes. As soon
as she gets one I am coming.
It was so sweet of you to come. I hope you are keeping strong.
Good bye
My love to you
Olive Schreiner
