The Project is grateful to the National Library of South Africa (NLSA), Cape Town, for kindly allowing us to transcribe this Olive Schreiner letter, which is part of its Special Collections. This letter has been dated by reference to when Olive Schreiner stayed in Bad Nauheim, arriving there in early June 1914. No information is available as to who this ‘Dear Sir’ is, but content suggests a journalist as a possibility.
