6 I am sending you privately the paper of a society to which I belong.
7If you & Oliver would join it it would be very well. In case you feel
8you would either of you care to can I give your names to the Secretary
9for him to write to you?

11 I am perhaps going to take a little flat in Chelsea. It has three
12rooms & bath room &c so if any of you came up I could give you a shake
13down.

18 I am working at my article – but oh I long for quiet. The noise of
19the streets crushes ones ^brains.^

21 ^I sent them a 10/- subscription which, if I had hundreds I would give
22it all to working for peace not one farthing to making war easier.^
