3 I was disappointed to find you still looking so unfit on Sunday.

5 I had telephone twice in the week to know how you were, & the maids
6said ‘Better & gone to office!’ I do wish you’d try to get away
7for this week end to Portsmouth or some sea side place, & I wish you
8would try massage. I know of a splendid man. If you only had him on
9Sunday morning it would be something.

11 I hear there is a Cape mail in, but I have not letter from Cron which
12makes me rather anxious. He has never missed writing one week since I
13left & there ought to be three letters from him.
