3It was so good to see your handwriting this morning. I have just come
4back from Ursula’s wedding. I like her husband very much. It was a
5very quiet wedding. Dot is over here on ten days leave & then returns
6to France. Oliver was in India when last I heard from him, but going
7to Mesopotamia

9I’ve not seen much of Betty lately, but hope she will come in this
10evening. Its wonderful to think of Lu-cy as “grown up”. I’ll
11write a real letter soon.
