Dear old Man

I enclose a note from Minnie de Villiers about her brother Jim. She
asks me to mention him to you, but I may not be coming on Sunday: I
can’t come to lunch as my massage woman is coming at midday, the
only time she has.

I hope you are looking a bit fitter than last Sunday.
