Dear Laddie

I went to that ^Norman Angel^ dinner last night. You would have enjoyed
it: I wished so you were there. It was so out of the common Lady
Barlow sat next me – such a most sweet & lovable little woman. I
promised to let her know when you return to London. I’ll tell you
about the meeting. I’m very unfit dear almost like in Africa: but
I’ll try to get my little bit of packing done & leave by Thursday
^Wednesday^, some times Ive a foolish feeling that if I simply get to
Nauheim I’ll be better If I hope you are resting & that the weathers
nice Lady Barlow handed me the enclosed when we said good bye.
