We got here this morning, dear, after a, to me, unbrokenly delightful
journey. The scenery unreadable a the was was delightful as soon as
you got beyond Mafikeng. We were all very happy together, the
attendance & food first rate. Here & Fan & I have a nice room together
& the two girls & Hanny a very large one. We just had lunch in the
huge dining room, & are soon going out to see the falls. The smoke as
seen from the distance was very fine. If only you were here, dear.
